the one where I photograph Brynlee at the “Shire”
There’s a house in a neighborhood that I frequently walk and we fondly and lovingly refer to it as “the shire” house. It sits up on a curve in the road on the corner so you see the side garden and front all at once when you walk by and it is STUNNING. Stunning as in charing and inviting. The lady of the shire has a definite green thumb and can grow amazing foliage and ground cover things that I have no idea what they are. But get this! She writes their names on little labels with chalk and it add all the more to the charm!
I was scouting a location for this sweet girl’s grad session and immediately thought of the shire. I hadn’t asked permission, mainly because it was a sidewalk and alley, but imagine my surprise when the lady came out and asked us if we wanted to use her back yard. HELLO! Of course we said yes! I plan on walking the neighborhood again to leave a sweet thank you note of appreciate and admiration. She didn’t have to do this, but man am I so glad she did!
Brynlee belongs to Adam and Amy, dear friends that I love and have THE BEST of times with! She’s their baby girl and is graduating in the spring. I’ve included a few other location in this sneak peek, so scroll away! If you are needing photos taken of your GRAD, hit that info button above and let me know. Can’t promise the shire, but I can promise a fun day making some kick ass photos!
Love does,
Kristin
