the one with Mary Margaret + Tucker’s wedding
I never wanted this wedding to end! I’m still dreaming about it at night. Very weird, yes, I know. Especially after 350+ weddings. CRAZY, right? And I didn’t even meet this couple until the night before at the rehearsal. But something about Tucker’s voice on the phone, months ago when he talked about his wedding, his future wife, AND well, just everything, we clicked. I felt like this was meant to be. And I’m so glad to have been a part of this day! Some notes and thoughts below about, well, everything.
My Goddaughter, Ashlyn was my assistant this day and I loved it! She worked super hard and did a fantastic job. I hope she wants to work with me again!
Mary Margaret’s style. HELLO! She’s a true classic girl! She wore a fantastic column style, satin, wedding gown, but added her mother’s veil and even changed into a 2nd dress, which was her mother’s wedding dress, redone! She looked fabulous!
I had never photographed at the Pioneer Hotel roof before. That was a total treat and a scare. HELLO! Hot and spongy roof, but great people to hang on the roof with. I’m not a fan of heights. But hello! Those wide open Texas skies? BIG FAN.
The vendors were a total treat to work with as was the AMAZING food all weekend long! These two sure know how to treat those guest. AND HELLO! Can we have a minute for the guests? By the night’s end, I wanted to go home with almost all of them! They truly love this couple and it showed in each and every glance, hug and smile.

Love does,
Kristin
