Thanksgiving is always a big favorite in our family. OK. In me. Let's face it. It's the one day where you have an excuse, a NATION WIDE excuse, to EAT. EAT, my friends. Eat and pig out and roll around all miserable. Yep. I'm in. ALL IN. You don't have to ask me twice.
This year, we bought the cooked Turkey from the Knights of Columbus and it was so dang good we almost ate it all BEFORE the table was set. Lord! That's pretty bad coming from a vegetarian. I cheat a few times. I think I've mentioned that before. On Superbowl Sunday and on Turkey Day. I cheated BAD this Turkey Day. Does it help if the rest of the sides were vegetarian? Huh? Does it?
I won't bore you with all my thankfullness, because honestly, I'm just happy to be here breathing on this earth. The rest? Gravy. And the dang vegetarian gravy was TO DIE FOR! Total yum!
